How we do business

Customer makes contact with our sales team.
Customer is offered the option of a free site survey or if they prefer, the can provide us with their own architectural plans.
Following the site survey (or receipt of plans) KS Security Ltd. will provide a written quotation, detailed specification & our own site-specific drawings.
Upon receipt of an order from the customer, our skilled staff, start manufacturing in our own factory facilities.
Installation of the security equipment is carried out on a convenient date by our own fitting technicians.
On completion of the installation each customer is given the opportunity to complete an assessment sheet to enable us to monitor the quality of the installation and level of customer satisfaction. Thus ensuring that our high standards of quality and service can be maintained.
